Machine Integration Process
Pre-document Preparation
- Normal production NC files [Provide both front and back sides]
Integration Process
- After collecting the preliminary materials, package them into a zip file named with your company name, e.g., xxx-company.zip
- Send to the integration group [Usually a temporary WeChat group is formed for integration]
- After receiving the materials, technical staff will set up the data and send the integration files in the group once completed.
- Provide a remote connection code [Using Sunflower remote software] for technical staff to help you complete the integration setup remotely.
- Before production, users should set up their own cutting, grooving, drilling tool libraries, etc. [If unsure how to set up, inform technical staff in advance to help you set up remotely]
Post-Integration
- After integration is complete, design a small cabinet [with back panel grooves, special-shaped panels, and holes on both sides]
- Follow the tutorial to actually produce and test the process
- If the holes, grooves, and other data are correct after production testing, the integration is successful. If there are issues, please contact technical staff immediately to explain where the problem occurred. Technical staff will help you adjust the integration parameters.
